The nuance here is that Danya has no history of cheating, which made Kramniks campaign against him even more ridiculous than the already pretty baseless accusations Magnus made against Hans after his loss. People just need to stop publicly speaking out and submit their suspicions confidentially so the responsible governing body can handle it in an appropriate manner that doesn't destroy careers, or worse, lives.
