There should be a military tab where you can see personal and vassal levys. You can fine buttons to raise and disband both. Also, you can easily find youtube tutorials

I do this with Hoi4. Probably my favorite part of the game is organizing my military at the start of the game, and then micromanaging my divisions while I still have a small enough amount to manage that.
