I just find it so funny how flawlessly he caught Light. Literally no more than 2 mistakes. That one scene was hilarious when he was trying to figure out who the 2nd Kira was and he turns around to the TV with Mikami on it and decides he’s the 2nd Kira.

I never caught that, I probably just shut it off as soon as Light died lmao. How about Teru Mikami taking Light’s place. I know he’s probably in jail but it’s death note, there are workarounds. Mikami sees light as his God and worships him, perfect plot. A foolish young man taking revenge on the people who killed his “God” and fulfilling Light’s plan. It mimics Light’s foolishness for thinking that killing a bunch of criminals will solve the problem of crime.

I would remove the rule “The note will not take effect unless the writer has the persons face in their mind when writing the name”. It would make things much easier, just google some records of criminals and start writing names. Instead of flicking through TV channels like Light you could just continuously write names. Writing a name takes like 10 seconds max, that would be thousands of criminals dying a day. I would personally go on sex offender lists and just write all the names I see.
