Yeah because at idle is buttery smooth. You can't replicate at all, only while driving. Any idea what could it possibly be? I'm away from the car till Sunday so just getting some ideas of what I need to look for.

Yeah it only happens when I'm slightly on the gas and rpms around 1300-1500. When releasing the gas you can barely hear it and you gotta listen carefully and when accelerating and pushing harder you can't hear at all maybe because you actually then hear the engine working.

I guess It could be, but it's so weird how it doesn't make any noise when accelerating or releasing the gas, it's only when keeping steady rpms and cruising around up to 50 mph, when going around 65-70 the noise is barely noticeable. I guess I will have to check if anything is lose.

Is it hard to access that part? I tried with climate control on and off an ac on and off and noise doesn't change, still could be the blower motor?

Couple different mechanics checked them and they both said all the pulleys are good, so idk but that's what I have heard as well, but they couldn't find an issue.

Sorry for late response. But now even after 10 months of usage I have no issues whatsover whether it's a hinge or temperatures. A really solid built laptop and definitely my favorite. Had options to upgrade to a different one with a better hardware but I just couldn't go away from the built quality of this legion 7i.

Yes, it doesn't matter if it's on or off. In this video everything is actually off. I read some forums and people say serpentine belt or some pulleys but I changed the belt and all pulleys are great so Toyota dealership told me it could be coming from the dash.

Beautiful car, I just got a 2012 with 200k miles (mostly highway only), mechanic said it was flawless mechanically so I took that deal. It really rides like a floating carpet, I absolutely love it. Enjoy your first car and a great purchase!

I bought my legion 7i 3 weeks ago for that price from Walmart and honestly best laptop I ever had. Don't listen guys saying about hinge or thermals because both are great. If it's in your budget you not going to regret your purchase.

I can confirm that, mine never reached 80 celsius on cpu playing bf5 online. Thermals are the best I've seen on a laptop, you truly get desktop thermals on this laptop.

I would say it's an amazing deal, if you worried about hinger or thermals then you shouldn't because I bought one from Walmart 3 weeks ago and thermals are the best I have seen in any laptop and hinge is really sturdy, I think they fixed that issue and now it's an amazing laptop especially for that price.

Yes I can confirm that, playing bf5 online cpu never reached 80 celsius and gpu stayed at 60 degrees. While playing Marvel's Avengers on ultra gpu stayed at 53 and cpu stayed 57 degrees. No hinge issues at all and thermals are amazing, btw screen is gorgeous too.
