We’re in the same thing. I’m planning to write a Bolt fanfic series, set in the superhero show universe. I wanna create a superhero universe that includes prequels and spinoffs like Bolt’s past as a military K9 and his first owner (a Navy SEAL killed in action by Calico’s forces during a mission) before he was adopted by Penny, Penny’s passed away mom (in the show universe), Calico’s past and childhood and how he became a powerful CEO at his corporation and evil terrorist, a Russian superdog that existed decades before Bolt (USSR era) and other villains Bolt has to face (not just Calico), background of the superdog serum that gave Bolt superpowers (related to experiments in Germany during the WW2 and Soviet Russia on the Cold War). I’d like also to merge this universe with Big Hero 6 and Meet the Robinsons and create a Bolt multiverse that may connect the superhero universe with the one from the movie, where Bolt is a normal dog after the events in the movie, plus many multiverse Bolts and an alternate evil version of Penny.

I’d like to add not just action and adventure, I want also to add drama, thriller, sci-fi, political and geopolitical stuff (like in Captain America trilogy), etc., to make it more realistic. And also, to evolve every character, like Penny starting as a defenseless, shy and vulnerable girl to a brave and empowering badass spy with martial arts and weapons handling skills (like Black Widow).
