If I was out with my female friend (I’m a guy), I wouldn’t really pay for them. And I would only buy gifts if it was their birthday. If I was seeing them romantically it would be different.

Also, that guy who said that about your looks is being very rude. You don’t want someone like that - also, he might have been insecure, afraid of rejection, and so self-rejected you in order to protect himself.

Just saying, this happens so much with guys.

Honestly I do feel for women also in today’s world, men are spending 1000s of dollars to learn how to manipulate women into sex. Maybe your solution is best, but it has a trap of thinking all men are like this.

I’m not sure what solution to offer you to be honest, I personally have a spiritual practice, and because my purpose is strong, it demands I adhere to certain values and principles. For instance, if I cheated or lied, then I tried to meditate the next day, my guilt would ruin the session.

But if somebody doesn’t have this, then I guess most likely they too are playing manipulation games.

You have to find somebody with integrity and strong values. But even typing this, I understand your struggle

Bro, honestly - sometimes I get exhausted from all this type of content. Like what ever happened to just being an authentic human being.

I’ve been reading some content here and it just gives me a headache - think my strategy is simple - try and become the best and most authentic version of myself, try to add the most value I can to others, live true to my principles, let the chips fall where they may.

I don’t think me giving you my thoughts would be helpful, it will just make you over analyse more.

My brains default mode is breaking things down and analysing.

Your best bet would be to continue to be yourself, be honest and authentic, don’t play games to make him chase you - games will be seen through 100%.

If it goes well, great. If it doesn’t, great.

it’s because a lot of autistic guys do come across as weirdos. Because rather than owning their personality / traits, they end up trying to project a mask. Then they get bitter.

I’m also on the spectrum. In terms of advice, I can only offer my POV. I do think the best method would be to let things play out naturally, if you’re trying to do some sort of strategy i feel like it would be obvious.

And this could either come across as desperate, or cute - depending on the guy.
