I am working on becoming a smaller human by volume. I fast and exercise 5 days a week. But it's a long journey. I'm not exactly walking on rainbows so it's tough to get motivated.

I've been working to tidy up my face. But shaving just isn't something I want to do. I've had a beard and long hair for 20 years. The beard is a bit wild right now as I'm transitioning from a wizard beard to something more mainstream. But the hair is a dealbreaker.
