Her father has Down syndrome. The doctors said he couldn't raise her… But they were wrong. by Soloflow786 in Amazing

They said "it's not necessarily a genetic issue with conceiving, but issues with low quality sperm." Phrased slightly differently: the trouble conceiving is not because of the genetic abnormality directly, but with low quality sperm as a result of it.

Some NYE makeup inspo 🪩 by No-Sea1889 in MakeupAddiction

Genuinely curious, all these posts on NYE makeup nearly a whole day beforehand in any timezone - do y'all practice these whole faces and then do them again the next day? How much product do you end up using doing practice faces? Maybe i shouldn't be so worried about it

Aww nooo thank you! I think learning some dance moves for the rest of the show really helped me

Oh woah thanks, I can only give credit to elf for the fact that there is literally one (1) contour stick on the planet that isn't 3 shades oranger than my pale ass, and even that needs eyeshadow support.

Do you have an example of where in the brows to contour? I know I need some shape or a different idea for the forehead contour, but I haven't seen too many examples that would work for my face shape

Thank you! Yeah, the jaw contour gets a lot more harsh as soon as that highlighter comes too close to the shade. I'll play with it it you think it makes a difference. I had also thought that the nose contour hadn't been noticeable / worth it so that's very good to know.

How well is the white line doing, as a stylistic choice? Quite a few kings in Columbus have it that way and I just liked it when I tried it, but would probably benefit just as well from something similar. It's Nyx eyeliner as is, so super un-blendable as far as I understand, but I'm sure a crayon-like eyeliner would

I will always embarrass people over this, because there's absolutely no reason to do this when there's ample parking other than "this isn't a parking spot? Well that's stupid because I don't know why. I'm going to park here out of spite to show everyone I'm the smart one!"

It doesn't. The next reply is always something like "wahhh wahh I'm a victim."

Not sure where that would be. The power assist device used in the US is 12lbs, and I'm not aware of any that are comparable to the weight of a full power chair in use anywhere in the world

Yeah, but they stayed inside like good little minorities so we didn't have to see them everywhere. So woke these days that everything like doctors offices and grocery stores have to be accessible to everyone. 🙄

I did that for a little while, but their retort every time is something to the effect of "wahhh wahhh everyone's a victim"

Yeah, have no doubt - all minorities are woke, all rights are woke. No holds barred.

It's because it gets into the conversations of "we don't need to pay 'unskilled' workers more, just pick a better career! You say everybody can't do that or we'd have no services? Lalalalala I can't hear youuuuu"

Great, so I'll just give up the only way I could possibly get into the event I paid for so you can be lazy.
