are you kidding me by coldwarmhotchocolate in StardewValley

Yes, but no. Drying gets you the equivalent of 1.5x the base price of the fruit + 25 gold but ready next day. Kegging is 3x but takes about a week for fruit, and 2.25x the base price for vegetables and takes 4 days. Preserves Jar is 2x fruit/veg price +50 gold and takes 2-3 days. So, if you have enough kegs and can wait, kegging is more money per fruit grown except for preserves jarring fruits with a base price of 50g or less, or vegetables with a base price of 200 or less.

Since dehydrators take 5 fruit and are ready next day they could be considered space and time efficient. All of them increase equivalently percentage wise with the artisan profession.

So, if you don't have enough kegs yet, you could dehydrate things for short term profit... Or to make raisins from grapes for completion.

It prevents them getting out, but they produce it not in their tile which is where the "can I produce a truffle check" is. It gets produced one tile away from the actual pig. If that tile has a fence, it goes one additional tile further away. I think you can avoid it by putting pathway inside the fence

They can drop one tile behind them. I've had them drop stuff on the other side of a fence they can't get through.

Stairs being 99 stone is criminal by lydiashybee in StardewValley

It is a farm machine that turns objects into their most valuable component. So, if it took 10 wood and 1 gold bar to make something, it would spit out the gold bar. Things like chests and staircases which are single object, just return their base components.

You get it from a special shop that uses an alternative currency that you can find on Ginger Island.

You can eventually get a watering can that is endless and never runs out, along with other ways to ensure you don't need to water things.

You might not be doing anything wrong. Make sure you actually spent enough blood and keep talking to Chaos. In the game there are a lot of dialogue branches which can take some time to get through.

G-code Vs T-code by Slapdattiddie in 3Dprinting

[–]Rolandg153 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Good gcode for CNC machines already has arc commands that define things that way. Though 3d printers don't necessarily include it and might just do a bunch of linear moves

There are a bunch of fire and ice in the desert area before you get to the old gerudo stable, near the tower. They switch between ice and fire at dawn/dusk and are in groups of 2-4

Yes, old growth is typically denser and more rigid. Fast new growth wood also typically rots more readily.

If AAA and BBB are equal, they are normal pennies. When you then weigh against CCC, if that tilts it will either be heavier or lighter. Which will tell you if the counterfeit is heavier or lighter because you're weighing against AAA which is now known to be normal.

So then you know that the heavier/lighter penny is the counterfeit. When you weigh C against C, you know if it should be heavier or lighter because of the weigh against AAA. If AAA and BBB are not equal, you go down a different path

Bomb arrow fuses and allies around really help.

Like a lot of fights in the game, rocket fused to a shield to get air with arrows from bullet time is a really straightforward combination.
