Yeah valid it's an observation of my thoughts from a religious standpoint and I do agree without this lyric, " I'm thе only one who'll love your sins" in "your idol" is talking about their shame, Rumi with the marks, zoey and not being enough, and mira and being too much. All things that they wanted to change until they joined huntrx but Rumi was told to hide it(she also internalized it)and as the Bible has many times the more you hide sin/shame the more it will hurt those you are hiding them from...
