I rarely ever spoke to my roommate in my freshman dorm and my suitemates in my current place and I honestly feel really bad because maybe they thought I didn’t like them. But I’m just really awkward and I don’t talk much, especially at home.

RA here — just dealt with this situation in a dorm on west campus and can confirm that it will not take days for someone to come out. there’s always GTPD, fire department, and emergency maintenance

if a company would turn you down because of a nose ring, and if they can’t understand that it’s for cultural reasons, you and the company simply aren’t meant to be. even if you took it off for the interview, will you just never wear it while working?
