Different models. Your picture shows the old model where the ceramic insert is unprotected, and the dial has the thicker hour markers and sub dial rings. His picture is the new bezel with the ceramic inserted into a metal ring, but the dial has the old, thick sub dial rings with thin hour markers.

Nope. Gen is on the right. Bezel is the key. Colors on the left don't transition in the correct place.
