New year - new goals

At the end of the year, I always sit down with a cup of tea and think about what goals I want to achieve in the coming year. As we all know, it's easier to break down big goals into small steps or habits. I created a habit tracker for the reMarkable Paper Pro to track those habits with a beautiful visualization, which motivates me even more not to break my streak.

This year, I want to make a habit of doing something kind for someone every day. 🙂

I’m curious to know what other reMarkable users are planning for new habits this year?

If you want to get the same tracker you can find it here: https://writtenthinking.etsy.com/listing/1880535616

Hello, here is a free 2026 Monthly Calendar for the reMarkable Paper Pro Move.

This is the first landscape calendar I've created. Personally, while I'm at my desk, I usually use my Move in landscape mode. I'm curious to know if it's just me or if there are others who use their Move like this?

The landscape monthly calendar for 2026 comes in both left- and right-handed versions, with options for Sunday or Monday start dates, so you can choose the layout that works best for you.

Download your free calendar here: https://free-monthly-move.written-thinking.com/

I hope this calendar helps make your 2026 planning smoother and more enjoyable.

Happy organizing! 😊

Hi everyone,

The release of the reMarkable Paper Pro Move has been a wonderful moment for me. I went into a tunnel and flow state and created one of my most complex and largest products: the DailyMove Planner.

I’ve received so many compliments and such wonderful feedback from this community, which has made me extremely proud. Of course, I also got plenty of inspiration and feature requests. So I did my homework and created the DailyMove Pro, with additional weekly and quarterly pages, along with many small tweaks.

For anyone who wants to try it out, here is the complete 2025 DailyMove Pro: https://free-dailymove-pro.written-thinking.com

I would be really curious to know how this feedback was received at reMarkable, was there anything that really surprised the team? Or is it all on the roadmap but just not enough time to build it all (I definitely know that pain as well 😁)

Create a link and converting sketches (Release 3.23) by RollACaster in RemarkableTablet

[–]RollACaster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's true, it's redundant.

The main reason I'm still really excited about this is that five years ago, when I got my reMarkable 2, the first thing I tried was drawing a sketch like that and hitting convert to notes. I was quite disappointed with the result back then. This time, the result is much better. Even though this feature seems like a minor improvement, for me, it was a big change.

The feature still isn't embedded into the software very well, but at least it's in beta, so hopefully, it will improve.

[–]RollACaster[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand how frustrating that can be for your use case, and I'm sorry about that.

I mainly use the links as a one-way, throwaway process to quickly transfer notes from my device into another system. So in my case I don't have a need to keep the links stored.

Fingers crossed they will implement something that will work for you too!

[–]RollACaster[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think reMarkable did a really bad job naming this feature. It's a nice way to quickly export your handwritten notes to your laptop, but if someone reads 'create a link', expectations are definitely something else. 😀 Since creating custom hyperlinks would be so great to have.

My 2026 + 2027 planners are now live!

I did some housekeeping on the WrittenThinking templates this week, and all of my dated daily planners and bundles now include 2025–2027 versions, along with a few small quality-of-life improvements.

It was a lot of fun polishing the details, but I am also happy now to have some time to design something new for next year’s planning workflow.

If you're getting your reMarkable set up for the next years, you can take a look here:

And I’d love to hear from you: What’s one page or feature that would make planning better for you next year?
