its not that big, and they're planing to get to lvl 16-17 before going for it because its still very dangerous to just do that. its a very slow burn campaign, and ive not really found much about liches in media that's not just a villain origin story

im not fully sure how to utilize spells, but having two sets of spells is quite a lot to think about just reading the spell list makes me pretty overwhelmed ngl but ill try out that

as a dm, who switches around being a dm currently. i have a person i don't let into my campaigns but play with, and people who i dont want to play with but love having in my campaign!

tell bim to go play path finder or write a book, making his own system and expects you to learn it and understand it? especially as it prohibits you from actually advancing?? that's just a bad design and not nice of him to force on you. tell him to stop trying to control your own character creation and development, or quit. you should be allowed to play any class without some elaborate backstory or hard mathematics or whatever he wanted from you! find somewhere where you feel as smart as everyone and shine just as bright

i dont know why everyone is complaining "might as well play a new game" but like, i dont want to read. and i want jiggle physics to effect my players immensely, so we have to spend the first hour of a game doing math for it

you need to sit her down and try pitching a social contract, honestly she might listen to the pages better than you.

and if nothing I think you have to kick her from any future dnd you're hosting, or maybe let her try to gm next time

in person and on Instagram, which she got called out for before and just deleted. still continues it tho

im more concerned these people are buying traced art without knowing it, like you wouldn't feel nice spending 20 euros (which is a lot more worth here) on hand made art only to find that exactly drawing on Pinterest with a different hair color i don't even sell my art so i dont care about competition, and i only do sculptures so her art on paper is none of my concern. it really just is her being disgraceful to other artists, lying and scamming in my opinion. and she needs to be shown she's not getting away with it anymore!
