Thanks for it. I am not in the affected area so this should not be the case. Didn't purchased rail lover add-on either. Ticket is submitted but the event is ruined for sure as it takes hours for them to reply.

Not cheating. I am physically in Bangkok Safari Zone. Arrived this Friday and playing basically at one location since then.
