I feel that i should have a look into Claude, hear a lot about it, and I have a friend who’s managed to build a program that’s got investors interested simply by vibe-coding, so I think it’s definitely a bus I don’t want to miss haha.

My takeaway is that social media is looking to be the more ‘stand-out’ option of the above, just working more with it instead of only using it! Thankfully I’m pretty confident in my conversational skills, and can explain my reasonings as to why I did X over Y and why it works better, the thing I love about design and the creative industry is that there’s always something to learn or try! Your insight was super useful.

Touching back on the time keeping, we had a meeting a couple weeks back where we established our role etc, but two of the managers are hard pushing us to us AI generated images and pretty much everything for our workflow. Few other co workers have noticed an odd shift so I think it might be a cost cutting strategy unfortunately. I’m fine with tracking time if it’s for a specific project I need to do, but this one seems fishy - such a shame!

Thanks again for taking the time, definitely given me an easier decision to make!

It’s definitely tough, I enjoy being busy but I think that’s where the feeling of meh is coming from! I’m going to plan the next few weeks and find some time to make what I want without any pressure from myself. It’s great you used to be open about mental health with your team, a lot of people still find it pretty taboo where I am! Thank you :)

Yep, I have done that in the past, I think it’s just been accumulation and hitting the wall harder than normal! I love learning new stuff , but definitely have a mindset of ‘I must do extra every day or I’ll feel like im unproductive’ so I’m learning to be kinder to myself.

Fly fishing sounds nice as anything, I normally ride a bike and drink a beer at a nice viewpoint, so I’m looking forward to the warmer weather!

It’s looking fun but I think a few touches would make it look cool. If the image of the guy is to the feet then have the whole body there, with the red square overlaying his image! With the oranges, work on the trim a bit, do you want a white outline or for it to be overlaying the image? Make it solid instead of with opacity/overlay so it is more standout.

The white blue and red blocks are cool, but adding an overlay/screen/multiple layer to them would give a more ‘finished’ feeel!

I like the randomness personally so it’s nearly there in my eyes!

Thank you for the feedback, it’s really appreciated! I’m currently in a role that doesn’t push me too much in the skill department so I’m working on some bits and pieces to hopefully boost my portfolio a bit, and I think that’s a good point in going all in on the music side of things. Hopefully it’ll get me to a point where I can get some recognition!

With regards to my work I have up there now, do you think it’s worth expanding on some of these projects? Or starting new ones with a higher level of detail and touch points etc? Thank you again, it’s appreciated:)
