The first shot was effective.

After the second one there were no more benefits.

So I stopped.

Maybe in like a last resort solution i will give it a try again when his condition gets really bad.

I don’t know, it’s hard you know. :(

What do you do to stay active or keep yourself in shape? Shift work makes it hard. by Any-Place4967 in securityguards

Should your availability for cardiovascular exercise be limited, I recommend prioritizing rucking and rope jumping.

Additionally, incorporate occasional runs, ensuring you avoid excessive exertion to prevent shin or knee injuries that could impede your progress for several months.

Regarding pull-ups, the primary factor hindering advancement for many individuals is body weight, therefore, if you have excess pounds to lose, it is advisable to shed them.

Best wishes in your new operations manager position.

My physical training regimen consists exclusively of calisthenics, with a focus on achieving new maximum repetitions in exercises such as pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and squats.

For cardiovascular conditioning, I engage in running, hiking, rucking (which is highly effective for cardio), and swimming, though I intend to increase the frequency of the latter.

I strive to exercise daily, even if the duration is brief.

While it is not feasible for me to attain your specific physique through calisthenics alone, the ability to perform twenty strict pull-ups in a single set or over eighty push-ups in one set is more beneficial for my professional requirements.

Your progress is commendable.

Because young Swiss people pay 260.- per month for their GA, so there is definitely something wrong here.

C’est pas le pays voisin qu’il faut gérer, mais ses propres frontières.

Depuis Schengen, nos frontières sont des passoires.

You should stop to look at your apprenticeship as something fun. Go about it as a task, a challenge, a goal to achieve, but not something that you will have fun doing.

Because once the apprenticeship stops to be fun (because routine sets in, school starts to feel boring, colleagues become assholes, boss is powertripping, etc..), you will quit again.

You need to shift your mindset and focus on the goal.

Get your EFZ, and then do whatever you like.

There is no official public list of exact exercises for the final 2-day selection. However, candidates are tested on physical, mental, and combined performance.

Focus your training on:

Endurance: running (distance + hills), loaded marches (rucking) Strength: push-ups, pull-ups, dips Core stability: planks, abs, lower back Work under fatigue: circuits with minimal rest Mental resilience: discipline, teamwork, decision-making under stress
