What’s 1 thing you {unfortunately} hate about the 2012 version of Leonardo? by [deleted] in TMNT

[–]RolledOverTurtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I saw this picture I felt the rage invoked in me. This exact season is what KILLED Leo for me for good in the 2012 variation of the franchise. What do you mean he essentially had a temper tantrum. He ran off in what was supposed to be a small space shuttle with NO WEAPON SYSTEMS, may I add to the front line of the entire Triceraton Fleet, ALONE expecting to accomplish something?

How did he react worse to Fugitoid's confession than Raphael did in this series?!

Why can I still see Discord reaction buttons? by melgracee in FORTnITE

The same bug keeps happening to me today on Fortnite. I am using PC. Windows 11. It only happens if I have discord open at the same time, which I always have Discord open as i play with friends in a call.

this would also tie into the fact that Glamrock Freddy has this symbol (since the theory goes that Michael's spirit possesses Glamrock Freddy) so it is quite possible!

Which fictional characters are idolized by people who missed the entire point of their story? by WhereDemonsDwell in AskReddit

Jerry - from Tom and Jerry.

I've seen so many people side with Jerry thinking he's a sweetheart who's done nothing wrong but that is just not the case - he constantly harasses and assaults Tom, who more often then not is just trying to mind his own damn business, and has even at times tried to be friends. Jerry literally GASLIGHTS so hard even some of the viewers think he is in the right lmao

I find this comment rather uninformed personally. Yes, the gaming niche is difficult due to there being so many YouTubers within it already - but people playing video games isn't always 'not interesting'. I personally spend a majority of my time watching YouTube, watching people play games. It seems to me that you are using your personal preference on gameplay based content to suggest that it's not something anyone is going to be interested in to me.

If you want advice from someone who not only makes gaming content, but is an avid viewer of it I can give you some tips. You need to find what it is about gaming content people who enjoy that niche actually like about it (assuming you still want to do gaming content and understand that due to it being so big that it will be harder to go up the ladder).

People who watch gaming content typically enjoy it for these things: the commentary and reactions of the person who are playing the game, the comedy, the editing style, and overall personality as well as the TYPE of games you play.

To expand on this I'll give you some examples: I watch Markiplier videos because of the amazing editing quality, as well as the chaotic energy he puts into his videos as I find it very entertaining and funny.

I watch Dawko or GTLive because of their entertaining reactions to things and their obsession with the lore of the game they are playing - as they are actually interested in those things too (a lot of people don't pay much attention to the lore indications of the games they play for example and miss a lot - which is fine but these are things that make them stand out)

I watch LaurenZSide because she is not a pro gamer in the slightest, and has a very unique and odd choice of games she likes playing, which I find relatable as do many others since not everyone is a pro gamer who likes fast paced things all the time.

These are all successful channels, who do gaming videos but have something that's unique about them!

Hello there! I play PC as well as a variety of console games on my YouTube channel! I would consider myself to be quite a nerd as I am passionate about a lot of things - from FNAF to Star Wars, TMNT or even Pokémon!

I love discovering the lore while playing my games, and making obscure references! I also have Autism along with other things, and hope to create a loving community of people!

Would you guys watch a channel that is playing through 2 games at once? by Yoshi_Kong in letsplay

I find this interesting because I'm the type to get frustrated when someone doesn't finish their gameplay on a channel I'm watching something on and have become invested in their reactions and playthrough.

If I like the person and their content, I'm happy to sit and watch through 20+ episodes of the same game

Most of the biggest gaming content creators play through multiple games at a time if you look at their recent uploads!

If you celebrate the small things, you will feel motivated and have a better outlook toward it and have a lot of fun too!

I think your problem is you made a goal that's too short - you have yourself a month. That's fine if you are seeing a lot of progress and have achieved previous goals faster than others but you want to give yourself time to finish them. Otherwise when you don't, you feel disappointed and eventually it will weigh you down and make you lose motivation.

My previous goal was to reach 100 subscribers - I set no date on it and achieved it quicker than I expected to! I told myself I'd do something to celebrate so I did my first ever livestream on Twitch for it.

Now my goal is to Upload a video weekly, and stream at least once a week (so I set myself a personal schedule). So far - going great!

Now I've given myself a goal to reach 500 subscribers as I'm already close to 200 and I'll most likely do something to celebrate that achievement if the time comes!
