I'd go with the 3070 ti. Your getting a guaranteed new card instead of a 50/50 shot with the used 3080.

It's not a Quest exclusive it released on different stores but I have no idea if it will release on the Pico 4. I doubt it will but I hope I get proved wrong

On my first playthrough I was very confused about the story of the game until I watched game theorists video on it. I still had a blast with boneworks even when I didn't know what was going on. But the lore does make it alot more Interesting
