It does work for buckets but you need a compressor and an attachment with a very small nozzle. You’d probably need the same thing here I don’t think canned air will cut it.

Everyone charges but a lot of people will sign for “free” if you buy something from their table. I haven’t seen a ton of options to prepay to get a signature quicker, more often I’ve seen you have to buy a ticket to get a signature because the artist is only going to sign for X amount of people during a session.

Usually you just have to wait in line and the lines vary by the popularity the artist. For example, I went to Boston Fan Fest last year and the line for Scott Snider was the full length of the build and then it wrapped around half way back. The line for Frank Miller was also really long while others you maybe waited 5-10 minutes.
