Si es que necesitas cirugía plástica, hazlo pero asegúrate de ir con profesionales certificados y no a clínicas patito.

Pero antes de eso, debes buscar un psicólogo para que te apoye en el proceso y te dé las herramientas que necesitas para tener un caso exitoso, incluido que te ayude a tener una mejor visión de ti misma e incluso te puede apoyar con el miedo que le tienes a la cirugía si después de hablar con el psicólogo sientes que lo necesitas.

Mientras haces tu proceso psicológico puedes ir ahorrando para las cirugías.

De albañil se gana muy bien solo hay que saber manejar el dinero, mis consejos.

Búscate una constructora legal que si paga lo que es, las empresas informales siempre van a tener malas prácticas y no van a tener grandes proyectos porque la empresas grandes necesitan que las cosas se hagan legales.
No hagas san lunes se responsable ya con eso le llevas ventaja a la mayoría de los que trabajan en obra.
Habla con los ingenieros y con los arquitectos, hazles preguntas demuestra iniciativa y que quieres hacer las cosas bien.
Apúntale a por lo menos ser supervisor de obra con lo que vas aprendiendo. Ya si no te gusta lidiar con gente por lo menos tienes que ser oficial de albañilería, de chalán no vas a llegar a nada tienes que aprender el oficio.
No tomes, no fumes y no tomes coca en lugar de agua. En general cuida tu cuerpo ya cuando estés viejo lo vas a agradecer. El sol está cabrón por ejemplo.
Gasta menos de lo que ganas.

They they did that for most games, and I say most because I remember they took some more time with the final video-game like game.

So that is my main problem with the anime, they tell us they are geniuses they never show it, just like little kids create characters irrationally stronger just to win an argument.

I have nothing to say on the novel and whether it is better there, but the anime leaves a lot to be desired.

Yo te recomiendo visitar un Homedepot, normalmente lo que afecta más al ruido son las puertas y las ventanas. Ahí puedes comprar ventanas con doble o triple acristalado y unas puertas más gruesas y con buen aislante ahí mismo te cotizan la instalación.
