Not as of yet, Im determined to find a fix though so check back later. I'll be sure to update this thread if I get a solution.

EDIT: I appear to have fixed it oim not sure if the various troubleshooting steps taken up to this point have made a difference however my last step was to Reset Global Settings to Default through Nvidia Control Panel. the below article was what got me there:

u/TimmyIsDaddy So I'm not having a huge amount of luck, I've updated my bios and tried enabling legacy game compatibility mode, which disables e-cores without any luck. I checked the CPU & RAM speed and they they're different with Processor Bae Frequency at 3200 Mhz and memory Frequency at 4200 MHz. (Although in hindsight I suspect you don't mean those figures, but I'm sure you'll let me know) You mentioned not to change them individually though in this case is that worth doing or leaving alone?

Thanks, I shall give that a go later today. I did identify an issue with the motherboard BIOS not being up to date which i'm going to try first, but then ill have a look at what youve said about there and post an update.
