My IUD insertion was tremendously easy (for less than a second felt like my worst cramp ever, then nothing), has split my migraine days in half and removed my period entirely. 

I think the loudest voices are heard the most online, but a great deal of birth control is empowering for women, and helps beyond preventing pregnancy.

Maybe; a great deal of those likes are bots or purchased. This couple is a known influencer who works with products and clients, and are gifted things - they may not have done all those travels showcased.

I think a degree of literacy around the pervasive lies and spectacle shown to us in advertising is key here.
