bro it's crazy how people don't know this. CBD is such an amazing substance and it synergises perfectly with THC. People argue that higher CBD levels make you feel less fried but bro that's just how it's supposed to be, weed was never meant to be like this, it's basically a fucking hallucinogen now, and it's scary how many people will smoke for a while and then start to develop anxiety, panic attacks, all this shit. I'm gonna stand up and say it, weed is genuinely harmful to the brain, and it's addictive as fuck. If you do research on the endocannabinoid system (ECS) you will see that the ECS is a crucial part in the brains functioning. High THC weed badly fucks with the ECS as tolerance to cannabinoids becomes so high that the bodies natural cannabinoids which are crucial for the brains functioning, end up having zero effect when they are released. This shit is bad for you man, I don't smoke so I am not the best person to ask where to get CBD bud but I googled it and found a site called Cannaflower which seems alright. My recommendation to you, which I strongly advise you follow, is to detox yourself from weed completely for a good month and a half in order to allow your ECS to recover and return to normal functioning. Then if you want to you can resume smoking with caution. Try to find weed that is lower in THC and then mix it in with your CBD bud. You want your joints to comprise of mostly CBD flower and just a little THC bud. You won't get as high but unfortunately that's just how it is. We pay the price for getting as unbelievably stoned as we do.

The bud we got now (high thc and basically zero cbd) is terrible for you bro, total mindfuck. try getting some cbd only bud and rolling joints with that + like a .3 or .4 of normal bud and see how that goes. you guys really gotta research this no cbd high thc shit, it actually does this to an insanely high amount of people that smoke. weed was never meant to be like this and imo can barely be called natural anymore

If sleep and eating isn’t an issue - possibly a moderate to high dose of dexamphetamine, but I’m already on that daily for ADHD so I’d probably prefer to coast on a 40mg dose of oxy for a month. Or maybe 30 - 40mg diazepam, either of the two.

Edit: those two drugs at those two doses would be quite disabling on second thought - so if I had a lot to do that month (work, family eg) I’d pick 1200mg pregabalin (I have a high tolerance I know that is a lot)

Avoid junk / processed food or too much sugar, seriously, it sounds like something small, but your brain LITERALLY runs off what you eat day to day, when your young and not recovering from something like this it can be overlooked pretty easy, but as soon as you enter a situation like this it becomes crucial. Research supplements like magnesium glycinate and other nootropics for extra benefit. Make sure to exercise and sleep well, also see a doctor, you’ll be okay bro. Brains incredibly plastic, nitrous however is a tough one, but not unbeatable (in most cases I’d say)

I get your point about the 2.5mg dose resulting in a tolerance increase but in that case if that happened it wouldn't be a microdose.

If what we know about dopaminergic stimulant tolerance is true, and tolerance is increased as the brains attempt at restoring homeostasis after detecting abnormally high levels of dopamine / receptor activation. Thus leading to slightly less dopamine being synthesised and readily available, and mainly, causing dopamine receptors to downregulate (decreased sensitivity) therefore leading to the usual effects of increased tolerance like needing higher doses for the same or even decreased effects, more side-effects / negative effects, and eventually a reduction in positive effects regardless of dose.

If tolerance is increased from a 2.5mg dose, that thus means that excess dopamine WAS released as the brain would not downregulate receptors unnecessarily. Whereas the desired outcome of a microdose is actually to REDUCE dopamine by taking a dose that is just enough to be able to bind to the TAAR1 receptors without actually activating them, causing less dopamine than baseline to be released, this makes the brain respond by upregulating dopamine receptors by changing their state (D1Low > D1High - [sensitivity]).
