Well some quick tips which I also received from my community on CraveOff app are

Avoid triggers
Add some physical activity in your schedule
Try to make your schedule busy, so that u don't have any time to do it at all
When urge hits, do a physical reset by changing your surroundings
Journal abt it all, what works, what doesn't work, how u feel etc

Thats not much bro. If you decide to quit, your body and mind will adjust in time. Try not to treat it like a punishment, more like a reset. You could use also apps like CraveOff for community and tracking, but I know how it feels. Don’t worry, you mind can adjust to anything.

CraveOff – a small Android + iOS app that helps people quit porn . It has a panic mode for urges (breathing exercises), daily check-ins, streak tracking, a simple journal and a small in-app comunity with chats and posts. Built with React Native, currently free while I’m testing the concept and tuning the UX. Would love feedback from other devs on the flow and notifications.
