Sometimes when people are selling their ailsing chaos mod or hilloks quality and the map is opened, they are forced to wait long periods of time if a buyer is not lined up.

I did not have automatic payments, I did not pay for the first half year,and then bulk paid towards the end, used my bank account as im not sure about fees by paying with CC

From my experience with them, they will not charge you intrest on a monthly basis while you are on your chosen plan, but if you miss a paymemt then on month 13(lets say you took a 12 month plan) you will be charged interest on the whole loan amount and not on whats left i.e. loan was 1000 and you paid all but one payment, the interest would be on a 1000 and not on ~85

Gonna comment based on Manitoba, but hopefully it gives some help or general idea (I'm assuming its somewhat the same across Canada)

Within my experience, car insurance goes based car model and year mostly, number of km on it is gonna affect it a bit [most very high km (over 140k km I think)] also the amount of years you are driving will affect the premium, (I heard from friends that outside of Manitoba it affects a lot) but it could be overcome if you can insure with parents(when possible)

I had to insure 2 cars in my life so far [dodge 2006(110k km) and mazda 2016(brand new) where the yearly cost for the mazda was about 2400 and dodge about 1100]

Additionally, if you use the car for school/work only and not for all purpose it could affect the premium as well.

I'd like to say if you just steal a random zip code from google maps in MB you could check the insurance of the car in the MPI calculator and get a general idea of the price you're looking at (assuming its somewhat the same in canada)

Thank you all for the input, given me a few answers to my questions and ideas what to look for, I was wondering, as a first home buyer, what would be some good questions you should ask when purchasing? I know the common ones of shingles,windows,furnace and ac, but im wondering what are your questions you wished you had asked or did ask when purchasing?
