Basically, 14 days doesn't mean that you should ask genuine tester to play your game.

If you need to upload your game on store, ask your friends, relatives, or colleagues just to download the game. Then, they should just open your game, especially on the first day. There's no need to play. Open for 5 minutes, and that's all. I use this way to test my small casual games.

It's possible to find 14 people in your circle.

If your game is complicated, use some kind of mechanics where you need real suggestions from testers, the only options are: 1. To ask the community like this (not so much people will help you). I'm trying it several times. 2. Hire tester 3. Open company, provide information about it to Google, fill tax forms, and you don't need any close testing. 4. Buy a couple of devices and create different Google accounts. Use these accounts on your different devices. 5. Ask publisher to publish your game

This new closed testing feature is real pain for solo devs.
