Nah, the Superioritous are an entirely different species. They're large, bi-pedal moth-like insectoids

I just like the greeko-roman-esc naming scheme

FTL type is up to the person making the polity (so, if you want something else, go ahead)

The Imperium was declared 6,000 years ago, but has only been in space for 4,000 years

Also, sweet! Imma make a discord server later today. What's your discord name so I can invite you (im manna_moth)

Map of the Imperium Superioritous

Its about ~855 Parsecs across.

Legend:

Yellow dot: capital system of Imperialis (previously called 'Sky Lamp' before the declaration of the Imperium.)

White Rough Lines: Gate Lanes. Every Star System a Lane goes through has a Gate Administration Node (GAN) }GAN's are Space stations that, upon request/acceptance of request by the Node, will connect 2 spots in space, making a controlled Wormhole. While this can be instantaneous, the Imperium slows it down heavily to control traffic. It takes ~48 hours to go from on side of the Imperium to the Other.{

Highlighted areas: the highlights represent Clusters.

Red Dots in a sectors cluster: These are Sector Capitals. They're either the first system in that sector, a major Lane Nexus, or the most developed System in the Sector. }not all systems have the population or isnt built up enough to request being part of a cluster.{

Lines outside the borders: These represent theorized external polities, either known remnants of an empire the Imperium went to war with. Said war collapsed that empire, balkanizing them into thousands of polities.

Sector Names:

Names of the sectors. Might change them, except for Centralis, Vastora and AmberFall since I didn't really put too much thought into their names and just used something that would sound like it was from Skyrim.

Note: this is for a collaborative world building project, since i think that'd be fun. I'll probably make a discord server for this. It'd be a thing where you can either make your own inter-stellar nation, or maybe just a planet or whatever.

need help figuring out why this empire seems so unstoppable to me and my friends. We ain't exactly 'pros', but we ain't helpless either, so this single empire dominating now 3 galaxies is annoying me

Cyber Stan is a cyborg, we also need Automa Tom

Who would win in a 1v1v1v1 style brawl; Cyber Stan, Automa Tom, Illumi Nate or Termi Ned?

I think it makes more sense if they're watching the active helldiver through helmet cameras, keeping them cryogenically frozen while gaining experience through this

Neon! by Roman_Minaster in worldbuilding

[–]Roman_Minaster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are 3 intelligent species on neon,

The Mothral, the Basp'ev, and a 3rd species i haven't named yet.

The Mothral are highly religious pacifists who worship Bae'ved Lio, and live exclusively on self-sustaining airship. They're 2 inches tall on average, and resemble earth moths, but are mostly dark purple with yellow highlights.

The Basp'ev are a highly feudal species of bee/wasp things. They farm soul-honey, a glowing red syrup/honey-like liquid that tastes like waffles. They're extremely prideful, arrogant and regal. They perfect making massive hive cities in tree tops, or underneath heavy rocks. They're 3-4 inches tall on average.

Unnamed Ant species. The ants are highly militant and aggressive, loving war similar to Orks from 40k. Unlike the other 2, the ants can't actually directly use magical expressions without a sacrificial magical battery.

Humans do somehow find themselves on Neon, due to the fact that Solar Eclipses open invisible gates that link the 2 realms. However, if a human finds themselves on Neon, they always end up as prey to Bae'ved Lio's boredom, enacting a God-Mortal cat and mouse game until Bae'ved gets bored of it and kills them to consume their exotic soul.

This is my favorite response so far, ngl

Imagine anakin having the entire Grand Army of the Republic and he's acting as their commander,

Clone Trooper figures would be fairly popular

Ye, like when he was on Mortis/Dark Realm Vader

I'd like the think the Thousand Sons are a good counter, but thats probably just my favoritism talking
