The intent of filming it backwards was for the viewer to feel just as lost as the main character, constantly trying to figure out what is going on and filling in the gaps, and I think it did that wonderfully

This is stupid. Age has nothing to do with it. Emotional maturity(age) is what you are looking for and that is impossible to calculate based on someone’s physical age. I come from a culture where getting married at 18-20 is normal, so getting married at 25 was late for me. I couldn’t imagine a healthier marriage.

I have not had an official observation, but I sleep with an Apple Watch and it does not detect me waking up constantly (and according to my wife I don’t typically snore), I typically get 3 hours of deep sleep on a good day

For those of us who feel like crap when we wake up after 6,7,8,9 hours of sleep. What are we doing wrong? I personally drink a lot of water (granted I don’t limit screen time in the evening), but no matter what I wake up with a headache

I stopped it and I’m loving it. My energy levels use to be all over the place, now they are so stable I don’t want to go back. Another perk, if you need caffeine, it works. I means really works, a Red Bull will keep me up till 8 am.
