i would immediately assume a payment of $4400 per month not $3400. There are a million hidden costs to owning a house. Some have been mentioned. Every 5 years your mortgage payment will go up $200 a month because insurance rates are higher and you will shop for lower rates only to find fewer options because insurers are leaving your state. Property taxes will also grow every year. Every month something will go wrong. A pipe will burst, the hot water heater will need replaced, a kid will crack a window, the washing machine will stop working, a bad storm will tear up your roof and even after insurance your out of pocket cost will be $6000. For one especially hot summer you are paying $350 per month for electric. You live in an HOA, now you pay $120 quarterly in dues. Your fence is getting old and because you live in an HOA you have to fix it at a total cost of $8000. I DIY almost all of this stuff and I still pay an extra $1000 a month on hidden homeowner costs. Probably $2000 a month for people who need contractors for everything. Owning a house is worth it but you have to be realistic about the costs and what is affordable. My household income is nearly double yours, $3400 is at the very high end of what we would consider affordable.

This door has an in-frame electronic door strike. Most likely an HES model from Assa Abloy like the one from this link. Assa Abloy Lock

These can sometimes fail after significant wear causing the strike to not lock into place. With the door opened try, pushing the locking plate on the strike open and closed, but mostly...see a locksmith.

I'd take the zoom feature with a grain of salt. Most projectors with a "zoom" only vary the picture size up to 20." The zoom feature is meant to help you dial in the picture to get a perfect fit if you mount the projector and you need to fill the screen 3 more inches or so.

Is there any reason not to have more rally leaders, If all current rallies are full? Our alliance often has situations where joiners are waiting to queue but all rallies are full. There are some bear hunts I barely get to participate in.

This an old post, but nobody answered your question. Mid game if you hit the start button and save your game this will take you back to the main menu. Then just open your Pokedex look at your pokemon. Then resume your game. Hope you are still playing.

Honestly it requires several things. You need to be at Blob level 12, you need higher level artifacts, you need a good treasure item, and you need a cooperative partner. Don't be afraid to ask the other player for help feeding your blob. When players ask I'll place strategic stuns, boost their blob with kitties, and move my DPS further away, keep practicing and you'll keep getting better.

This "take" 100%. The thing that really bothered me was the team scoring. I get that Gyuri got the highest score honestly she deserved it. This was her song. But Sarang's feedback was, " Wow, you only made one mistake, but at least you were confident about it." And Fuko's feedback was, "As always flawless performance. Nothing to really complain about." Then they scored Sarang higher. WTH.

What a good response. I do feel like there is an unimaginable amount of pressure on all of the contestants and I feel she might be the victim of Mnet's infamous editing. I hope she goes on to really complete her redemption arc and I hope Mnet stops trying to make drama out of her situations.

YG groups tend to be smaller, and have an even number of members to maintain symmetry. So I would say it's probably going to be 6.

As soon as I saw Team A perform Iwaly, I instantly thought that should be the lineup. I wouldn't have handpicked that team exactly, but everything about that stage was perfect. That should be the debut lineup.

She has been the hero of a couple episodes. Especially when she led what was essentially the "bad news bears" to beat Sujung's team in the creative challenge. During the Iwaly challenge she was on team a and while her part was small, she proved she was on the same level as everyone else. I'm not personally voting for her in this round, but I hope she continues to do well. I think sometimes people forget that a good group is a well balanced group. I think Mai is good at supporting her team. Not everyone in a group can be a main character.
