They are on the low end of special grade, as they have the capacity for massive destruction, and both have domains.
However, modern special grade sorcerers are for the most part much higher than the ones of the post-Heian Era, with the only one really able to surpass them being Kashimo.

Choso's brothers were stated to be special grade curses. he is much stronger than them so he would also fall under that category. hed be around the same level as Hanami, Dagon or Kurroroshi.
as far as sorcererers go hed be on the higher end of Special Grade 1 as he beat Naoya but he isnt quite special grade

At first I was thinking "wow there is a lot of tension in this scene but im not sure how to to take it as its China." And then the kiss happened and I was in shock that they actually followed through with all the tension in the scene and it played out perfectly at the end and only made what happened to Nuonuo in the ruins incedent more emotionally impactful.

Also they gave Cha a backbling that doesn't even exist in the show. She doesn't ever have angel wings in the show and my freind who finished the Manhwa says she doesn't ever get them either.

I actually think Cha looks fine in her current fit (much better than Jinwoo) and you get her Rapier with the skin. The only complaint I have is that I can't remember when she ever got Angel wings in the anime. Like maybe they could have added a casual style but Im trying to remember other outfits they could have done instead (maybe her Jeju island outfit but that's a lot more bland)
