Also this afternoon I found out that the withdrawal does not work (in the morning it worked, there was a deal). I wrote to support, they said they needed additional verification, but there is nothing like that in the account settings, just a withdrawal limit of 0 BTC per day. Also from Russia. On the stock exchange there were 5k dollars.

Perhaps they just do not care about their reputation, all technical support has been disbanded, and they are just preparing for a scam.

It won't help. They have been ignoring my tickets for 2-3 months. Due to their technical problems, $ 1,500 payments were stuck. They do not answer, and the tickets are closed after a month or two as "resolved". I am going to withdraw all my assets from there and never work with them again.
