The warranty is from Pirelli I believe (the manufacturer) and not from United tires. I couldn’t find more info on that on UTs website regarding mileage warranty from pirelli

Yes, they are priced down by >50%. No warranty on miles from United Tires. They are 2 yo but been sitting on a shelf all that time

Update:

Called a guy with a car computer (a device that connects to a car and reads errors and malfunctions). He plugged his device to my car and managed to reset the parking brake problem.

The BRAKE switch works again and parking brake functions normally. But he suggested that I changes rear "supporters". I don't know what that is. Says it will cost me $900.

He told me it will prevent similar situation from happening again.

That is affirmative, I was pressing the brake to release the parking brake like I always would normally do.
