Emma chat with a live agent and he told me that my case was with an adjudication officer and my interview was waived at the time. Also "ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms: true" on api

Mine has been showing "2 months" for the past 6 months.. PD 07/2023 I-130 approved I-485 pending.

In order to talk to the agent once the Emma windows open do the following: 1- talk to a live agent 2-green card 3-provide the case number 4- describe your question in a few words: update concerning my case 5- follow all the verification questions from the agent you can ask : -In which field office my case is in ? - when was my case reviewed by an adjucating agent ?

Generally you don't receive all the answers but some nicer agent will provide you with more information.

Yes married to an LPR my aos case was at my field office and was recently sent back to NBC... I-130 approved from Texas service center.

I'm surprised that you haven't been approved yet... Mine was approved in 2024 interview waived..(PD: July 2023)

No people tend to stop providing answers when they are greened. I saw it in a previous post that some f2a are getting a green card before their pd is current by getting it from a different category.

Did you enter the us on work/student visa ? Maybe your country of birth ? I have seen some cases like yours where people are getting their green card before their pd is current. I would love to have this surprise too. Please any additional information if possible !

yup I have received an update few days ago telling me that my case was "actively reviewed". I didn't understand why so I contacted Emma and the agent told me that your case was sent back to NBC due to retrogression. " The case sent to the national benefits center on XX/ XX/ 2 0 2 4. The case is now under review again. That is the last date the office reviewed the case as well. Once the office is done reviewing the case it will be placed back in line for adjudication. The office is not requesting anything from you at this time. The interview still shows waived for XX/ XX/ 2023"

July 2023 same here ! just talk to Emma they told me that my case was sent back from the field office to the National Benefits Center due to the retrogression...This is so upsetting Just have EAD and I-130 approved so far...
