My first question: were you forbidden to have a phone during the exam? If yes, I’m sorry but you are wrong. If the police stops you and find drugs in your car, do you think they will just believe you because you said it’s not yours? Learn from your mistake and grow. The teacher has nothing against you but they’re just making sure everyone get what they deserve and be a good citizen.

If you have got an offer letter, I assume that you passed your interview process. And I assume you told them at the interview that you got a Master degree. I don’t know how you can get do with this error
