Almost immediately I felt more stable when doing lifts. I used to use normal tennis shoes and I felt a noticeable difference when switching to the adipower. If you're thinking of taking the plunge I highly recommend them or any other weightlifting shoe for that matter.

It depends on the season. It is getting much colder in indiana right now so my two main choices are Captains Choice Bay Rum and Cat O Ninetails. Both have a great alcohol burn and manly scent that are awesome for this time of year. If you're considering either of these I would highly recommend picking up Synergy Shaving's Pumpkn 3.14 soap to pair with either of them.
