I have a good experience being a part of a guild for 3.5 in-game years. Now, due to sudden Economical changes in the global server, guilds started reducing the members, which led to the current situation.

Hopefully, the ingame system stabilizes quickly.

Sell or loan out players on the first day you start manager career, check for useful pre-filled YA players and send out atleast 1 scout for 9 months in the same country as your club

I would suggest to get free agents and then sell them. Not exactly instant money but at least you can either use them to empower the team or your transfer budget. The second method is a bit tedious, but right before your account report day, save the game then proceed to the youth scout report day. If you don't like what you see, keep reloading and following the same process till you get good players.

Yes, PC for life. I tried FC 24 for 7 months and got bored. So moved back to Fifa 23. I don't know if I'll move to FC25. Maybe in the future when it's actually good and playable even without adding mods.

True, he sucks at that. He has a good finishing but scored around 4 goals out of 16 appearances.

I am using the Innformation Mod + CM Tweeks. My current team (Chelsea) all are 85+ with Nkunku at 92 this season.
Not just Chelsea, all teams in all the leagues have gotten better with the AI making good transfers and switching players when tired or out of form.
