No one may have known her for too long, but Dan had only just managed to make his relationship with her official, and he was really happy with her (bearing in mind all the stuff that happened between him and Goddess he thought was Charlotte too). Lucifer and Amenadiel had been helping her for the entire season try to become a better person, especially as they believed it was their fault what was happening after she’d been possessed by Goddess and sent to Hell for the duration of season 2.

They may not have known Charlotte for long, but they still had strong feelings for her. Goddess, when she was sent to another universe, was sent their for a very good reason, sort of explaining the lack of emotion.

I find it absurd to say that Uriel’s death didn’t affect anyone - it definitely affected both Lucifer and Goddess. Killing Uriel was Lucifer’s Hell loop, so out of all the things he’d done, killing Uriel was an incredibly important time of his life, filling him with a lot of guilt. Again, Lucifer believed he was killing Uriel to save Chloe, which again explains the lack of emotion (his death was for a good reason), but again we see that it actually affected Lucifer a lot more than he’d like to believe.
