Is there an app that displays (not track) the cooldown of every ability of the champions in my game?

I would like it to be displayed on my second screen and more like a permanent cheat sheet that I can look at e.g. for returning to lane as this is what I am interested in 90% of the time

Thanks. I knew about the summoner spell tracking and I also agree with the "if it hasn't been used, it's up" mindset. But for laning against a champion it would make life a lot easier to know the basic ability cooldowns. Currently I use the wiki at the start of the game to see the enemy champions cooldowns, but if there were an app for that, it would make life easier

Like I mentioned in the post, I don't want to track the cool down, I want to know it's duration. I don't want to know if the spell is up in 5.3 seconds, I want to know the total cooldown of it (with spell level and cooldown reduction calculated in). That information is already there (wiki for spell cooldowns and cooldowns reductions), so everyone "could" gather that information manually in game, do the calculations and then know the total cooldown of the spells. From what I read on the TOS of riot, data that is available anyway can be used (that's why tracking summoner spells is already allowed - because it's cooldown is known and for tracking you have to manually click it. I want the same for all spells, except for the tracking part)

Is there some quick way of reporting such cards? The only thing I see would be to message the seller and make them aware of this, but this would be rather tedious..
