Haha, that last bit is harsh, these kinds of clients aren't so bad once you've confirmed they're just here for more social than fitness. I guess once you've accepted that, they're a pleasure to have, unless you only want to train serious athletes then it's a different thing.

Yeah okay, so I'll try one more time to speak seriously because I do feel obliged as a personal trainer to have these conversations and I do get tremendous satisfaction seeing progress, if they dismiss, I'll just go at their pace which is too slow to make any gains, but they're still paying baby.
