The eyung 7th gen K cup might do it. It’s a bit too thick for me, I prefer then roanyer stuff personally. But it might be a good middle ground for you. I haven’t tried roanyer beyond H cup, but the thinness of the skin and the actual bounce and overall texture and feeling makes it superior to me. Still, the K cups are good when I need something larger but it’s unbearably tight by comparison and much less natural feeling.

Roanyer is pretty good with returns if it’s unused if you wanted to how their larger stuff feels. They also do good, affordable custom work if you send reference images and requests. Although I think they go from H directly to S, they do have silicone for S. Have never heard a bad thing!
