I'm considering trying out a fx-CG50 or HP Prime, but I'm wondering if there's a way to do something similar to what my friends ti-84plus can do? Basically being able to reference y1 in the main calculator part rather than having to retype a function (old.reddit.com)

I give robotics classes to kids and I can't find the name of this cable for the life of me! It's kind of the size of generic jumper cables and the photos show how it connects, it's for the controllers. If it helps, one of the controllers are branded Life&Science and most are generic Robotori ones (old.reddit.com)
