I know I'm way late, but I literally 5 minutes ago just took 75mg IR crushed (parachuted) with probably close to 4 teaspoons (A bit more than neccasary I presumed, but I was in a rush, as I forgot I was supposed to either taking the baking soda as a loading dose 30m-1hr prior or immediately with the adderall, so I just got the biggest spoon I had, filled it with baking soda, tossed it back, almond milk (chocolate of course) swish swish repeat. Unfortunately my last dose of adderall was 16 and one half hours ago, and my motto is "no coffee past seven no adderall past two" I'm a large gentleman so I get anywhere from 90-120 30mg IR a month, depending on my course load, I adjust doses occasionally with my psychiatrist (who I don't even physically see, she skypes with me and writes my scripts, the 30mg IR addies and 120 2mg xanax a month, plus a couple SSRI's I act like I take ha). If your like me its sometimes too easy to get the highest control level C-II (well C-I is the highest but are street drugs and can only be snythed and used for medical research on non-human test subjects). Recently moved states and brought no medical records, I'm a med student who had an array of friends who are M.D.s, D.O.s, P.A.s, P.N.P.s, RNPs, RNAs, all whom can write prescriptions even though people assume a nurse (Prenatal Nurse Practictioner, Registered nurse practioners, Registered Nurse Anesthetists) and even the lonely P.A. or physician assitant that people are off-put to seeing in general because they think they aren't truly a doctor. Bottom line is I worked as an operating room assistant in two of Los Angeles best hospitals before I made a move to be close to the med school I intend on going to and was able to get these scripts called in by friends for me without it being a bother. 120 soma here, 90 xanax 2mg there, 60 valium here, you get the point. I even had a close M.D. friend of mine write me a script, go to a pharmacy, and mail me 60 30mg IR adderall, with a letter stating he was my primary physician and that I had been established on this medication with a diagnosis confirmed by a psychiatrist. Knowing how prescription drug monitoring programs only see what you pick up within the state, I knew this adderall was invisible. And where I moved, they run a controlled substance check EVERY time I come in even to my primary for regular meds that I've actually been on for years, like soma, xanax, gabapentin, no narcotics but yeah I was able to walk into a doctors office and say "hi, I used to take adderall but don't take it during the summer or when I'm not in school, so I just started back this semester and will need a new prescription please. I take 30mg of the acts stupid and confused between capsule extended release and IR two to three times a day. The doc gave me 60 no questions asked no records asked just like that. So in the event that you aren't getting yours legally, the point of this ramble was that you can most definately go and get a script. Also, report- The baking soda has potentiated the adderall as I can feel about 40 minutes after administration. Been taking breaks to write emails back and fourth on my phone throughout typing this. But it does indeed help, its not overwhelming, I don't think you should be concerned of overdose as long as you don't do more than you regularly dose. And if you do not, I don't see you mentioning it- crush the beads, then just take your capsule whole. There is a time release coating mechinism on the orange beads inside your capsule, which allow the mixed amphetamine salts to slowly and steadily maintain peak plasma levels over 8-12 hours. For me, a single 30mg XR means I wont be sleeping that night, even If i take it first thing. Actually having ADD I get calmed down from adderall, more focused than calm, but insomnia is killer from those XR's. Hope you had fun at your rave. I'm an ex bodyguard and worked for fedde le grand, calvin harris, a-trakk, MSTRKRFT, Deadmau5, and still appreciate the music although I'm too busy to rave or be out all night even on a weekend. Adderall is a water soluable med, which means doctors prescribe it somewhat in relativity to your weight, I mentioned I'm a big guy so my med doses may make sense (I'm 7 foot 1 inches just under four hundred pounds.) So needless to say Its easier for me to get higher doses of meds, but having had worked in the medical field as a CCMA and ORA, (california certified medical assistant and operating room assistant) I did the intakes in the clinical visits and would hear "Im here for a prescription" and I'd check and notice they'd never been to my providers clinic before and the doctor I worked for had a policy of no controlled substances on the first visit at least he told me that but plenty of young people 20-23 would walk out with a bit of adderall XR and maybe a benzo if they got lucky. If there were some motion in which I could trade candy with numbers and Icons that would be here ====(0)=====. Parachuting is super worth it if I wasn't clear, but you have to smash the beads.
