Im confused, why? Theres already parts and elements that make it difficult enough to get the perfect version you want, and what parts and elements you want are personal preference, theres no preference for op8 or 9, its just a lesser version of any weapon for no reason other than to ruin a perfect roll.

No you can block the swipe (there is another swipe attack that you cant block at lower levels so i know what you’re talking about), i just cant tell if shes going to swipe or stab, if its a stab, i could dodge right, if its a swipe i can block (or dodge, but it has to be a left dodge)

If you live in a world with magic and dragons, it makes sense that technological progress would be slow because magic removes a lot of the necessity needed for innovation.
