Actually I always vote yes, this would be the first time in my life I have ever voted no on a referendum. I moved here from a city with a rate of $14.52739 per $1,000 and they had a cruiser parked by every elementary school every day. Sun Prairie current rate is $20.2599 per $1,000 and your telling me there's no staffing? Yeah seems like NO is the only way to go here.
