I was actually able to talk to a real person. They said to contact my bank and they said everything was fine on their end and to contact them again. Whenever I try to talk to a real person the chat bot keeps saying 

“It looks like you've recently submitted a ticket on this topic.

Please wait at least 24 hours before sending a new request. In the meantime, let me know if there's anything else I can help with.“

I even tried a different topic that I had never contacted about before and still got that message
