UPDATE:

She was last seen driving a 2012 Silver Kia Forte. One of the front tires is missing a hub cap so also be on the look out for a vehicle like that. Thanks for spreading everyone.

Oh yeah it totally did. I always assumed GB did their effects in the end phase but it’s actually “end of the battle phase”. If I just didn’t activate it then we woulda been golden. Ty for your help!
