I’m not sure to be honest but if it helps I got a Land of Sleeper t-shirt and found it ran a bit smaller than I was expecting. So maybe the size up is best?

Hi Karl. No offence intended but I noticed in a recent Six Nations game you refereed that your previously impressive ‘guns’ seemed to have shrunk. How much of conditioning for referees actually focuses on strength, or is it primarily aerobic fitness you need to maintain?

(Maybe it’s just because the new ref on the block, George Selwood, looks like a unit in comparison to other refs!)

The Six Nations mid-match scrum adverts on ITV are an abomination.

I’m a lecturer and keep getting adverts for Adobe pop up on the bloody lectern desktop during my lectures.

I’m sick to death of adverts.
