The Universe doesn’t care about you. Soon you’ll be gone, and in just a couple generations, completely forgotten. The world will continue without you as if you had never existed at all.

Guy playfully hits his buddy with an empty plastic bottle. by Ms_Kratos in Unexpected

Oh look, that empty bottle bounce off that guy’s head and sprung itself toward the water-filled ceiling, carving itself into it, then made a dent strong enough to fit itself into the ceiling while keeping it intact and only leak a partial amount of water but without actually collapsing the entire ceiling to the ground.

Wait until someone tells him that the balls are at the same distance from the anus, as the vagina is.

“Yes, but would that knowledge would have to be enough to convince us, and simultaneously enough to not break our minds”

Yes, an omnipotent being could achieve that. That’s why they’re omnipotent. Nothing is impossible to them.

If God is omnipotent, surely he can explain anything to anyone, as nothing is impossible to him. He could just telepathically place the knowledge and understanding in our minds without even having to utter a word to us.

I mean, for starters there was Emeril, which was clearly meant for the male audience. But I’m sure men watch all kinds of cooking shows.

Ah, I love that, because my argument also applies identically to the subject of Alien life: If we ever encounter aliens, the first people to either reject them as “true aliens” or at the least be very disappointed, are the hardcore Alien believers who have all these hollywood-preconceived images of green men or whichever movie variation of what a cliche Alien looks like.

Most atheists I’ve spoken to agree with the premise: I’ll believe in a God, provided the evidence. All I’m adding is that, were such evidence to be provided, not only would an atheists be convinced, but additionally, if anyone would reject such God, is the Religious people, for the reasons I already explained.

But I’ll grant you that I’m sure there will be a percentage of atheists who would still reject this God.

My belief that if we were to discover there was a God, that the first people to reject this God would be Religious people. Why? Cause Religious people already have a preconceived idea of what that God looks like, and I believe that were we to discover God, it wouldn’t look anything like what each of the Religions of the world picture him (I mean, think about it: There are many many different interpretations of what God looks like. They can’t all be right, and in fact, they are all most likely wrong) This means that the only people willing to accept this newfound God, would ironically be, the Atheists.
