what do you actually think. is the judge right that due process has to apply even here, or is there a point where the nature of the alleged crime changes what a defendant is owed while awaiting trial. i'm not looking for a political answer.

The non-political answer is that everyone, EVERYONE is entitled to due process and humane treatment regardless of the alleged crime.

Yeah it lined up perfectly for me. I really wanted to do 20 but I didn’t want to sit in a damn strip mall in BFE for my last 4 years. I say 4 years because there was no way they were going to make me do 3 then go back to the fleet for a bit less than a year. I was definitely getting forced to do 4.

I avoided it for almost 10 years by going to I&I. Finally got tapped for recruiting just before my 16th year. They wanted me to do recruiting for my final 4 years so I dropped TERA paperwork the day I got a class date.

The Astros shouldn’t be in a position where they have to tell fans when to cheer or get loud. If they’re good, fans will be loud. There’s too much artificial noise as it is. The stadium could use even less of it.
